About
News of Health is an independent website that explains health claims in plain English. We take the versions of claims that travel fastest, in headlines, ads and social posts, and set them against what the overall body of evidence actually supports.
What we do
Most of what we publish are evergreen explainers: what is known about salt and blood pressure, how much sleep adults need, why keto pills do not do what their ads promise, what the term “ultra-processed” means. Each one starts with the hype version of a claim, gives a short verdict on it, and then explains the evidence, its limits, and when it makes sense to talk to a doctor.
We do not chase daily news, and we do not report on individual new studies. One study rarely changes the picture, and we would rather explain the picture.
Who writes it
Articles are published by the News of Health Editorial Team. We do not present ourselves as doctors, and we do not attach invented names or credentials to our work. Our process, including how we use AI drafting tools, is described in our editorial policy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or promote supplements, pills, tests or programs.
- We do not carry affiliate links or sponsored content.
- We do not offer diagnosis or personal medical advice.
